- He liked fried chicken since he was 4 years old. He's especially fond of Colonel Sanders.
- He could ride a two-wheel bicycle at age 5.
- He bought his first video game on his birthday in 1st grade. He doesn't play it anymore but he doesn't want to throw it away.
- In 5th grade a girl in his class told him she likes him.
- The name of "Yamapi" was named after Tackey. Tackey was making fun of young Tomohisa-chan that he always wears pink in performances. Tackey combined "Yamashita's Yama" and "Pink's Pi" ,and together it's a cute nickname "Yamapi".
- He admitted that he used to cry a lot when he was little especially when he can't see his mum around [he can't bear to be apart from his mum]. In one of the shows, Yamapi and his mum were on the top of a mountain and he cried out "お母さん、いつも ありがとう!!!" WHICH WAS SOOO TOUCHING!!! In english it means, "MUM, THANK YOU AS ALWAYS!!!" Yamapi is just so cute!!!
- In kindergarten, he was in the 'Lily' class. In college, he's in the 'Chrysanthemum' class.
- He has hay fever. Every spring he has to use a lot of tissues.
- He was most shocked when confessed by a guy who thought he was a girl.
- he likes to cover his mouth when he's laughing or smiling
- he talks like a 3 year old kid in his j-web entries (haha omg that's so cute!)
- he's scared of ghosts/scared of scary movies! (sadako the ring girl LOL)
- he's scared of heights (did you see him in the helicopter clip with uchi and koyama? hahaha....)

- he probably doesn't like having short hair either (since it's always long at a certain length)
- he always has long bangs covering one side of his forehead (like he said how he has a broad forhead in one of his interviews)

- he sometimes like to cut his own hair (wahahaha that's so cool!)

- his eyebrows are thin but they aren't womanly

- when he introduce himself in shows "I am yamashita tomohisa" he saids it super fast you can barely make out what he's saying!

- he doesn't try on his clothes before he buys them (probably cuz he's scared some fan girl will follow him in the dressing room? LOL)

- he eats so freaking fast (did you see him eat in the saturday night chibaw show? OMG he eats like a pig!)
